Okay he wasn't best in show nor best in breed, but he beat out 100 other dogs while on vacation in Cape Cod last week... Dexter won (drumroll please)..... BEST TAILWAGGER!!!!! He shakes his whole butt, starting halfway down his back to the tip of his tail!! Woo Hoo!
